Eligibility

You must be of legal adulthood where you live to use Suggest.

What Suggest is (and isn't)

Suggest provides educational and personal development content.

It is not medical, mental health, or financial advice. If you need help, talk to a qualified professional. Results aren't guaranteed.

Your account

To use Suggest, you provide a first name and email.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Suggest to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content and generated content

Suggest offers free and paid plans. Current plans, features, and prices are listed on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Charges are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting support@suggest.app. On deletion, we remove your account data and generated audios from our systems, subject to any retention required by law.

Our intellectual property

The Suggest web app (design, code, brand, and service) is owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or resell it without permission.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep Suggest available, but we can't guarantee uptime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Suggest is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll update the date above and post the new version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
